had an amazing city break in tivat! stayed at kovinic and it exceeded expectations. beachfront villa with stunning pool and sea entrance. owners were so helpful and took us jet skiing. great location near airport and shopping center but still secluded. will definitely return if possible!

The value for money at Kovinic Apartments was excellent, and the room itself was fantastic. The location was perfect, with its own swimming pool and pier straight to the sea. The staff, especially Vladimir and his family, were incredible hosts and always available to help with any questions or advice.

The breakfast option could have been better, maybe more variety would have been nice.

I recently stayed at Kovinic Apartments in Tivat for a short vacation. The front terrace of the villa provided a great platform to relax on, with calm and warm waters right in front of the house. The weather on this side of the Lustica peninsula was fantastic, with sunshine while the clouds built up towards Kotor. The decor and furnishings were simple but adequate. The location of the hotel was also excellent, with privileged access to the bay. Vladimir and his family went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, arranging airport transfers, car rental, activities, and even wakeboarding. I will definitely stay here again when I return to the Tivat area.

Private access to the sea: Stepping out of our apartment and into the crystal-clear waters felt like having our own personal paradise. It was like having a backyard pool, but with the breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea. Pure bliss!

Access to the house: Steep stone steps to reach the property might be a challenge for those with mobility issues, but the mesmerizing views and serene atmosphere awaiting at the top are definitely worth the effort.

The apartment was modern and well-equipped with everything we needed. the hosts were friendly and accommodating, offering treats and even taking us on a boat ride around the bay. We had access to a private terrace by the sea, which was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. the location was convenient, with a restaurant nearby and easy access to supermarkets and malls. We also appreciated the option of water activities like stand-up paddleboarding and jet boating.

One thing we found inconvenient was the lack of a coffee machine in the apartment. It would have been nice to have a way to make our own coffee in the mornings.

I had the most incredible stay at this hidden gem in Montenegro. The location was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the sea and mountains. I loved having access to a private beach with kayaks, paddleboards, and snorkeling equipment. It was paradise!

We had an amazing stay at the modern apartments in Tivat. Everything was new and well done, and the attentive and friendly hosts, especially Kovinic, made our experience even better. We were pleasantly surprised by their treats and offers to go around the bay on their motorboat. the apartments had a large private terrace near the sea, providing a beautiful view of the Bay of Kotor. With convenient access to the sea, water activities like SUP and jet boat were easily accessible. a great place to spend a peaceful vacation by the sea. Cons: None 😊.
